Setup and Troubleshooting Instructions
First, hit the Quick Start Guide to get the collector installed. In minutes, you’ll get a confirmation email for each server with basic health diagnostics. In a few hours, Brent, Erik, and Tara will send you more personalized mentoring about the server.
When you run into problems, use the way that works the best for you:
- If you’ve got a question about an email recommendation, just hit reply on that email
- If it’s unrelated or general, you can email us at SQLConstantCare@BrentOzar.com
- Ask a question in the public #BrentOzarUnlimited channel at SQLSlack.com
