		<description>Nice to hear I wasn&#039;t the only one that kick-started my career in IT by doing lots of work after hours because I just wanted to make things better (tm).  If you&#039;d asked me then, I would&#039;ve told you my system would last as long as I did- but nearly four years on it&#039;s still chugging along, and still being developed against.  I can&#039;t agree enough about your point regarding code that is designed for re-use.</description>
