		<description>Once again, another top notch article.  Please don&#039;t take this the wrong way, but I get more out of these types of articles on your blog than the SQL Server, Clouds, etc articles, because I aspire to be a different kind of DBA.  However, these articles are the reason I religiously read your blog.  

Also, I can attest that Brent lives what he preaches as I started blogging because of his encouragement.
