Yesterday afternoon, the Houston tweeps converged on Coffee Groundz. I had a great time and got to finally meet some of the folks I’ve Twittered with for months.

- Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA – as Rachel Ray would say, delish, but Sean Stoner took it to the next level with…
- Dogfish Head Raison D’Extra – 20% alcohol. Whoa. One sniff of this stuff and you knew it meant business. Tasted fantastic, though. Yes, it does have raisins, but it really works well.
I think that Dogfish is why my throat hurts this morning! 20% alcohol; that is no joke, my friend!
I am totally bummed I didn’t get to make the tweet up as I was home with a narly cold. Glad to hear everyone had a good time. When is the next one likely to be held.
There’s some talk about doing it on the first Sunday of every month at Coffee Groundz. We’ll see how things go – there’s definitely demand for it.
