		<description>I&#039;m not gonna lie to you: you&#039;re right, and I wouldn&#039;t send people to the site as an example of fantastic web design.  Thankfully, the content makes up for it - although of course I&#039;m going to say that, because I&#039;m biased - I&#039;m the guy doing a lot of the webcasts these days!</description>
