Position: SAP BW Analyst
Department: Business Solutions Group
Reports To: FICO / MM / BW SAP Supervisor
Location: Miramar
Key Qualifications and Requirements
➢ 8+ years of SAP experience including 5+ within BW
➢ Ability to Solution SAP BW from idea to implementation
➢ Extensive knowledge of core BW
o InfoCubes
o InfoObjects
o ODS
➢ Extensive knowledge of R3 modules
o FICO
o MM
o HR a plus
➢ Knowledgeable in BI and BW topics
➢ Demonstrated success as a SAP project manager with functional experience in implementation and configuration, in BW side with focus on the integration with R3
➢ Upgrade experience is a plus (specially from 3.5 to 7.0)
➢ College Degree or equivalent work experience required
➢ ABAP experience
➢ BW Basis experience a plus
➢ Thorough knowledge of OSS
➢ Self-starter with strong customer service
➢ Strong technical and functional ability
➢ Excellent oral and written communications skill
➢ Financial background is preferable
➢ Work effectively in a team environment
➢ Experience in activating business content
➢ SEM knowledge a plus
➢ APO knowledge a plus
➢ Understanding of BW performance issues and resolutions
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
➢ Work as a member of the SAP BW team to provide SAP support, minor and major enhancement, as well as business process improvements
o Debugging BW ODS
o Load rules
o Process chain
o Monitoring daily extracts
o Reconciliation process with R3
➢ Design and build queries
➢ The ability to translate BW functionality specifications to technical designs
➢ Participate in regression testing if needed
➢ Plan, manage and execute an upgrade
➢ Building new BW objects from scratch
o InfoObjects
o ODS
o InfoCubes
o Transfer and update rules
